Is the call really free?+
Yes. It is a short conversation to understand your business and tell you honestly what would help. There is no charge and no obligation to hire us.
Is my slot confirmed as soon as I send the message?+
Not yet. Sending the message is a request. We confirm on WhatsApp, usually within the time shown above during working hours. If that time is taken, we suggest the nearest free one.
What if I do not use WhatsApp?+
Use the "Send by email instead" button on the form. It opens your email app with the same details written for you.
Which time zone are the slots in?+
Indian Standard Time (IST). If you are outside India, check the time in your own city before you send the request.
Can we talk in Hindi?+
Yes. Hindi or English, whichever you are more comfortable in.
Can I move or cancel the slot?+
Yes. Just reply in the same WhatsApp chat. Please tell us early so we can offer the time to someone else.
Will you try to sell me something?+
We will tell you what we would do and roughly what it costs, because you asked. There is no pressure and we send no follow-up spam. If a free tool or a small fix on your side solves it, we will say so.
