Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you engage Sefhora Media ("we", "us") for website, SEO, ads, branding or related services. By approving a quote or making a payment, you agree to them.

Scope of work

Each project is defined by a written quote or proposal describing what is included. Anything not listed there, including extra pages, features or revision rounds beyond what is agreed, is treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Payment

• Unless your quote says otherwise, website projects require 50% upfront to begin work and the balance before final handover.
• Monthly plans (SEO, ads management, care plans) are billed in advance each month and can be paused or ended with notice as agreed in your plan.
• Third-party costs, such as domain names, hosting, premium plugins, stock assets and ad spend, are not included in our fees and are paid directly by you or billed separately.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website files, design assets and content created specifically for you. We may retain the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Revisions and approval

Your quote states how many rounds of revisions are included at each stage. Work is considered approved if you do not respond with feedback within a reasonable time after we ask for sign-off, so that projects are not held up indefinitely.

Cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time. Work completed and hours spent up to that point are payable. For monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless agreed otherwise.

No guarantees on rankings or ad results

SEO and advertising outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including competitors, platform algorithm changes and your market. We commit to the work, reporting and improvements described in your plan, not to specific rankings, traffic or sales figures.

Liability

We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, arising from the use of your website or campaigns. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered place of business.
