How long does a website take?+
A simple 5-page business site usually takes 2 to 4 weeks once we have your content. Larger builds are quoted after a call.
Do I own the website and code?+
Yes. Domain, hosting, design files and code are yours. We hand everything over at launch.
Which platform do you build on?+
We pick what fits: WordPress for content sites, Shopify for stores, or Next.js and React for custom builds.
Pricing & payment
How does pricing work?+
Websites are a fixed price agreed before we start. SEO and ads are a monthly plan, and ad spend is billed separately by Google or Meta.
Is there a contract?+
Growth plans are month to month. You can pause or stop with notice, there is no long lock-in.
What is not included in the price?+
Domain and hosting costs, paid ad budgets, and premium plugins or stock photos if your project needs them.

Do you guarantee rankings?+
No one honestly can. We commit to the work, the reporting and steady improvements over time.
Can you run our ads as well?+
Yes. We run Google and Meta ads with conversion tracking from day one. Ad spend is paid directly by you.
How is progress reported?+
A monthly report covering rankings, traffic, ad performance and enquiries, in plain language.
After launch
What happens after launch?+
We keep the site fast, secure and updated, and improve it monthly with SEO and ad reports. Care plans are optional.
Can you care for a site you did not build?+
Usually yes, after a quick review of the site and its current platform.
What if something breaks?+
Care plan clients get priority support. Others can reach out and we will quote a fix.
